Type T-34-3 Tank

Hello everyone,

This is a replica of the Type-T-34-3 that is functional with its mobile turret and tracks that allow the tank to advance.

For context, the T-34-3 is a Chinese medium combat tank, inspired by the famous Soviet T-34 tank, including the T-34-85 model. Developed by China in the 1950s-1960s, the T-34-3 represents an attempt to adapt Soviet technologies to the needs and resources of China’s military industry at that time. This tank is the result of military modernization efforts undertaken by China after the Second World War, in the context of the Cold War.

The assembly of the tank is really simple, here are the steps in the odre:
- pair the half-axes together and insert them into the holes in the tank’s body
- thread the spacers on each axis to oppose the direction where you have inserted the axes.
- add the wheels (4 small ones outward, and 8 large ones on free axes)
- Insert caps at the head of axle to lock wheels
- add the TPU tracks by pulling them to fit into the wheels
- Gently insert the turret into its housing on the tank body until it clip.
- finally, insert the cannon in the turret
