dang, do you have a picture of the holes? I can doublecheck the svg I used to see if there are double lines causing the gap. did you use a textured plate? Im wondering if the gaps appear on a smooth plate as I tested on textured.

Not by the print right now but the hole is above the eye that is not connected to the hat. Yes textured plate that comes with the A1
