Platte 1-3 wie im Original-Profil hinterlegt, Platte 4 mit Support, Rand und max. 100mm/s mit dem “Generic PETG”-Profil gedruckt (wichtig!).Unmittelbar nach dem Druck das Model zwischen dem noch heißen Druckbett und der Platte für ca 2 Minuten “bügeln” - das ist wichtig, da beim vertikalem Druck leiche Verwerfungen im Modell entstehen, die damit geglättet werden können.&nbsp;Es kann ggfs. notwendig sein, den Slider (Platte 4) etwas weniger hoch zu drucken (Höhe ggfs. auf 99-97% skalieren), da dieser sehr streng in der Führung läuft - jedoch NICHT komplett skalieren (x+y+z), da dann das Modell zum Drucken zu dünn wird und der Druck auf dem A1mini dann fehlschlägt.&nbsp;Generell empfehle ich bei beweglichen Teilen aus PLA, PETG oder ABS/ASA in dem bewegten Kontaktbereich ein Gleitfett mit PTFE-Anteil zu verwenden, so auch hier. Dadurch wird die Materialreibung auf max. 1-2% reduziert und die Beweglichkeit deutlich besser.

Print plates 1-3 as specified in the original profile, plate 4 with support, brim and at a maximum speed of 100mm/s using the “Generic PETG” profile (important!)Immediately after printing, “iron” the model between the still-hot print bed and the plate for approximately 2 minutesthis is crucial, as slight warping can occur during vertical printing, which can be smoothed out this way&nbsp;It may be necessary to print the slider (plate 4) slightly less high (scale the height to approximately 99-97%), as this runs very tightly in its guide – however, DO NOT scale it completely (x+y+z), as the model would then become too thin for printing and the print on the A1 mini would fail&nbsp;Generally, I recommend using a lubricating grease with a PTFE content in the moving contact area of moving parts made of PLA, PETG or ABS/ASA, as is the case here. This reduces material friction to a maximum of 1-2% and significantly improves mobility
