SnapLock Card Box + Insert - Parametric (beta)

Make and print your own custom SnapLock Card Box!

Update 8/17/25 - Re-Uploaded the fusion360 file so it can take advantage of Maker World's Parametric Model Maker.  You can now adjust parameters directly w/in Maker World if you so desire.  Please let me know if any issues arise or if you want me to add any additional parameters to the favorites.

If you are looking for a wider "double" card box, please check out my other version here.

Simply enter your card dimensions into the parameters of the model in Fusion and the SnapLock Card-Box and Card-Insert will automagically re-size accordingly.

If you have a "guide" you can adjust the guide_height parameter, and the box height will re-size to accommodate the additional thickness. (note: you might need to fold up the guide to fit w/in the box's length x width.)

There are also parameters for card edge radius and tweaking of the openings of the inserts if needed.

Please be aware that I have suggested min/max parameters that should help avoid geometry failures. If you happen to run into any issues, please don't hesitate to contact me so I can do my best to help.

Additionally, I have included a SAMPLE print profile that is based on standard bicycle playing card deck that is shown in the pictures.
