Ring-shaped ring box

Ring-shaped box for a ring with magnetic closure. It is ideal for a surprise when proposing to your loved one.

Materials

• 2x 3x2mm magnets
• glue
• foam

Print settings

• any rigid material (PETG feels more premium, PLA works just fine)
• 0.12mm layer height for brest results (0.2mm will be fine)
• consider enabling brim for “ring” part
• no supports needed

Asssembly

All parts should snap into place. Be carefull with the hinge though as it may snap if too much force is applied. The magnets should fit snugly but I recomend using a drop of glue just to be sure they wont come off.

I you want to give the ring box solid feel, put a drop of glue into the hole on the bottom part before assembly.

You can use the box without the foam, but I recommend adding some to protect the ring.
