This set includes screws, nuts and washers of all kinds

ISO 4017
DIN 933

With smaller screws and nuts, it is necessary to set the height as low as possible so that the screw works correctly for example at M3, M4 and M5

The screws are optimized for easy twisting, but if there is a problem with any type, write it in the comments and I will fix it

I tested it from PLA and they worked fine

I printed M4s in various lengths. While they looked really good and I had high hopes, the nuts and bolts did not thread together past the first turn. I think the larger bolts would have better luck though

I have printed only a few parts from the M4 parts. They didn't fit with the regular M4 nut. I changed settings for finer details, same result. Then I printed the M4 square nut and it works. Comparing the geometry, M4 regular (orange) is slightly smaller than the M4 square nut (black). This explains why it doesn't fit.(Edited)

All Parts on One Plate(Updated)

Sorry, they didn’t work for me. I followed all instructions about printing the M3 set for precision, but, the nuts stuck on the thread and/or bend the bolt and/or shredded the threads. I bought metal bolts and nuts instead. Happy to give it ago again if alternative instructions become available.

Hello, I'm sorry these settings didn't work for you. Was this issue for only the M3's or did others not work as well? (If it wasn't only the M3's that didn't work, disregard the info below) After slicing again I noticed the seams on the M3 hex nut are lined up with where the thread would start(see image below). I suspect this could be an issue. If you did want to try and reprint them, you could try rotating that nut 90 or 180 degrees. Slowing down the speeds could also help. If reprinting all M3 parts, make sure in Process that Advanced is checked. From there click objects. Under "Plate 1", click on the first Assembly tab. Underneath should be all of the M3 parts. With assembly selected, click on speed. Set Inner Wall, Sparse Infill, Internal Solid Infill, Top Surface and Gap Infill to 60. This is rather slow but will rule things out if it still doesn't work. Delete(or deselect) all of the other sets of nuts and bolts. Please let me know how this goes! I certainly didn't want you to use filament on something that didn't print correctly, once again, I'm sorry.

@SlowEvo Hi, I've tried printing the M5 screw set, the M5 nut just wont fit, I tried your above suggested settings and they've come out even better quality but the nut just wont begin to thread. I did try the M6 nut but it's just too large.

I’m glad they fit, there’s been a few people commenting it doesn’t fit properly. worked for me when I printed it. I suspect it’s either the filament quality or moisture. (Edited)
