Hi!
This is a mod for the ROG Ally X that lets you use the swappable sticks from the Xbox Elite 2 controller.
The magnets are 4mm diameter and 2mm thick.
The extention is for added security when using the longest sticks. Make sure that the magnets are in the orientation that the stick and extention will attract each other.
Use whichever stick gives a snug fit on the stick modules.
