Description

General
Another keyring for gearheads!
Pick your motorcycle brand and engine configuration.
Print the roller chain, the sprocket holder and the name plate/configuration plate in your favourite color(s).


Printing
I printed the model on a Prusa MINI, with PLA+ filament, layer height 0.15 mm.
Slicing in PrusaSlicer.
Avoid elephant foot and over-extrusion.
No support needed.


Scaling
Scaling down is possible to 90% (tested).


Assembly
Assembly is in alphabetical order (A1→D12).
First assemble the roller chain, leaving the ends open.
Then assemble parts B1, B2 and B3.
A name plate and/or configuration plate can be glued to parts B2 and B3.
Finally lay the chain around the sprockets, closing the open ends of the chain.
For assembled and exploded views, use .stl files 00… 01…(do not print).


Operation - Fidget?
The model can optionally be used as a fidget. Just replace part A4 with a normal roller A3. Keep on rolling!

Unfortunately MakerWorld made some changes to their website. They changed "RAW Model Files" to "Download or Print".

The print came out pretty nice. I wish there would be a name plate for the brand Brixton. That would be even better.
