A few days ago I found one of the letters from one of the timpani of the Concert Band where I play, broken on the floor. I don't usually use them, but other colleagues do. At that point I decided to design and print a replacement that did not require having to disassemble the entire Tunning Gauge to attach it.

There are two versions of this letter, one that is hooked on the right, and another on the left. It is not necessary to disassemble the Tunning Gauge, unless you want to remove all the original letters.

I have added some pieces to mark the position of the sharp notes, in case anyone needs them, although you might have to adjust the Tunning Gauge so that the movement is wider and there is more separation between marks.

The five printing plates are for each of the four timpani, 32", 29", 26" and 23", and one with all the letters needed for a full set of these four timpani.
