That’s strange? I have the 13 pro max, and it snaps right on.

Great case fits perfect! One thing that would improve it slightly is to round the corners of the cutouts around the buttons on the sides. The sharp corners keep getting caught on my pockets that I slide my phone into. If I knew how to change that I would, but for now I'm just going to round them off with some sandpaper :)
