Victorinox Plus Scales (111mm)
Print Profile(5)

Description
Update 1.3: I have designed new scales, this time with a ribbed surface, so they are very grippy and do not slip out of your hand. These not only look like they have "grip", but they really have a noticeably ribbed surface. I have already been using these for a long time in the 91mm version, which I designed some time ago, and now I wanted them for my 111mm SAK as well. Also in the clip-on variant for the liner-lock SAKs. Click print and try them yourself :)
Smaller update: As requested, I have now added a version without the pen slot for both clip-on variants. You can find both in the print profile “Update 1.2”. Please note the descriptions of the respective build plates!
Update 1.2: I have revised the scales and can now proudly announce that these versions can now be clipped on instead of pressed on (as you may already know from my 91mm scales). In addition, they are now a bit more rounded so that they lie more comfortably in the hand. A completely new version is also included → The Grip variant. This comes with grip patterns, like the original, and is accented again in color at the edge. You can find both versions in the print profile “Update 1.2…”
Update 1.1: I have now added a new print profile of my model for the 111mm with the blade lock in the scale here, so that you can print it just as quickly and easily as my other models. Many thanks to @user_3929504162, who printed the BETA version of this model and confirmed that it fits perfectly, which is why I can now provide a finished print profile for these knives here on Makerworld.
After already designing scales for the 58mm and 91mm Victorinox pocket knives, I have now also finished those for the 111mm knives. Due to the curves and the additionally added slot for the pen, this is by far the most complex of my scale designs. They differ slightly from the originals, as the logo is a little larger, the edges are flattened and not rounded, and as already mentioned, a slot for the pen has been added. The special feature here is that I was able to accommodate the slot in such a way that no adjustments need to be made to the pen, and it even integrates formally into the scale.
Print instructions:
- Print both scale parts lying on their face (the logo side)
- no supports needed
- for optimal results, I recommend the lowest possible layer height
Assembly:
- Similar to the originals, these scales are also pressed on (e.g. with a vise)
- The scale tools are then simply pushed into the recesses
If you print the model, I would be happy about some reviews with pictures to see your color combination :)
