Description

Because e-Sun uses paper stock trays, there will be deformation problems, so I don’t use the ring method. I use a re-printed disc to assist in its rotation.I print with e-Sun-PLA+

Some netizens reported that the AMS cover cannot be closed. It is judged that the AMS assembly has tolerances, wire shrinkage, flow and other factors, causing cumulative errors. It is recommended that the XY Hole/Contour compensation can be modified.

The second file is to modify the contour XY hole/contour compensation to -0.25 for netizens to use. If the setting is too small, it will not be able to effectively support the paper tray.

ive printed 4 of these now to be able to fill my ams. i can confirmed these fit the cardboard elegoo perfectly and these work loads better than the rings as the lid closes

Can elegoo also be used? because I Never used this brand. If your test is complete, can I add it to my title?

it’s very slightly too large, the ams unit couldn’t close/lock- it would rub on the lid when trying to load/unload filament. it would probably work with the ams lid extender folks have printed but I’d like for the ams to remain as airtight as possible - not sure if the extender would impact the humidity within the ams unit (I live in a very humid area)

I understand that you can print the third configuration file, but it has a problem of being too small. Normal printing may not be suitable for you. It may be caused by AMS assembly tolerance. Thank you for your reply.

only one that works for me. I use esun pla and I am from belgium and the printer came from a German warehouse, it all fits perfectly for me. I use some silicone Greece to freeze the screw portion of the print to make it smoother to replace rolls.

Thanks for using it. I've been worried about someone using it and it being so big that the lid won't close. So I added a smaller configuration. When I have time, I will try to modify the design of the outer diameter anti-slip

Good model that works very well with the eSun cardboard spools, but it is a tiny bit too tall for my AMS so it rubs against the lid when closed.

It has been tested that AMS can be turned off. I am currently using this version. If the diameter you print is 0.4mm too large, it will not be able to cover it. The maximum diameter of AMS cannot exceed 201.9mm, or your axle or desiccant may cause it to float. Ejection, or original AMS assembly error, wire shrinkage or correction error, you can adjust xy-0.4mm on the software, print and see, please be patient and adjust, thank you. I'm currently using it.Note that if the modification is too small, it will not be able to effectively support the paper tray.
