Update 2025-05-01: Added extended version, 1" taller, to stack 2 boards for example. Add 1" to the bolt, compared to the regular version
‘Bushing’ part of a huge imperial (¾ Inch) MFT Bench Dogs collection, to be assembled to a bench dog head (multiple versions available)
Multiple sizes, find the one that fit the best with your table then print an army of it ;)
You will need one ¼-20 hex bolt (length depends of the head) and one ¼ Nylon Locknut
You can find a gauge to determine which size match the best your holes.
Important : If you want to print multiple bushings at the time, set printing sequence by object ! I don't know why but the dimensions change a little bit when printing multiple items by layer, so the result will be different when you test one by one, and when you want to print a batch.
You can print up to 9 items by plate in this print sequence mode.
