I can't remember how many times i go outside to get my dry shirts, only to find that the wind has blown the hangers off the clothesline, and my shirts are on the ground - now not only still damp, but also dirty again :(
Therefore i came up with this idea.
There's a thin line on the clip, where the clothesline needs to go. The outer arms keep the clip from falling off the line, and the hanger stays on (and therefore my shirts stay on the hanger too :) )
Lowest hole in the hanger-tool is for metal hangers, where the upper (bigger) hole is for plastic hangers.
I have printed it with 4 walls & 15% infill in PETG, as it needs to flex a little when attaching it to the line.
I did my own test with a shirt in hard weather with winds around 20 m/s, and it held up nicely.
