Description

Warning!! This takes patience to put together.

Santa Round Christmas Lantern with 3 thin layers that fit into a base. The layers have tabs on the bottom that fit into the slits on the base. The front layer with Santa is printed in two parts, you will need to put those two layers together to make one.

The layers are printed very thin at 0.2mm. Be careful when taking them off the heat bed. Slide the tabs on the end into the slits on the opposite end.

You can size up or down. For best results size up.

3 Layers to print and 1 base.

A tea light will sit in the middle.

You need patience when putting this together.

alright so as you can see it's a very nice piece, and kudos on the work. But as is mentioned in the writeup, it's super frustrating to put to put together. what I didn't realize is that you have to take it apart and put it together EVERYTIME YOU TURN OFF/ON TEA LIGHT! So I recommend you don't print this one. This needs to be remixed where the tabs pull through and can be attached.

I just put a dab of glue in the slots before assembly. I then let it dry and it has stayed together fine.

A little patients and a little glue and this went together wonderfully. Looks great at night with a simple led tea light.

Easy print, looks good. Glad it’s made with very little filament, especially since I had to printed first plate twice — I pulled it off the Textured PEI plate too quickly, and it torn right down the middle. Lesson learned, so the remaining parts came out great.
