SUNLU / JAYO spool stackable stand for organizer
Print Profile(1)

Description
Repurpose your empty spools by transforming them into a practical, stackable organizer.
The organizer is designed to be stackable, and if you want to build a taller tower, simply increase the base diameter. It’s perfect for keeping bolts, nuts, screws, batteries, or other small items neatly organized.
I remixed the organizer stand by adjusting the dimensions to fit SUNLU and JAYO spools as accurately as possible, and selected an optimized printing profile for better results.
The stand is perfectly match with compartments from this model https://makerworld.com/en/models/497929#profileId-412421 perfectly match to each other.
While the compartments may seem difficult to open at first, this is intentional to prevent accidental opening and ensure a secure fit when closed. To open, just pull apart the edges of the spool with one hand and pull the handle with the other.
The model doesn't require much extra strength, so using 2 walls and 10% infill is sufficient. A 0.4mm nozzle with variable layer height (0.2-0.28mm) works well, but 0.2mm across the board is also an option.
Support is only needed for the bushing (extension) part, and the "Snug" support setting (normal auto) seems to be working the best. No brim is required.
The project is divided into 2 parts to fit smaller build platforms, like the Bambulab A1 mini.
Happy printing!
P.S. If you are looking for a solution to reduce 3D printer noise, have a look on my soundproof enclosure design crafted from IKEA furniture. This enclosure reduces printer noise and ensures impressive 36.5 dB(A) at just 1 meter away. Detailed instruction how to build it you may find here.
