AAA Battery Adapter to AA (LR03/HR03 -> LR06)
Print Profile(1)

Description
Now you've created an AA → C adapter, but then you run out of AA batteries.
So you also need an AAA → AA adapter.
And here it is:
Jogis Battery Adapter for AAA to AA! (Micro → Mignon)
The outer dimensions of AA are a diameter of 14.5mm and a height of 50.5mm
AAA is 10.5mm in diameter, but only 44.5mm in height.
What to do?
Quite simple - we find a screw about 6mm long and 3mm in diameter.
You often find suitable ones with PC screws.
(Caution - this is the total length including the head!
An M3-3 would probably fit, if there is such a thing. My PC screws unfortunately don't have any designation.
Measured on the PC screw shown: Thread 3mm, head 3mm.
Before use, simply compare it with an AA battery!)
We build this on the positive pole - very important - on the negative pole there is a contact spring in the battery holders, usually a direct contact on the plus pole.
The screw should NOT be lacquered. Sand down the front and back slightly for better conductivity.
Pointed screws are not recommended. The front end of the screw should form as large a contact area as possible!
Ideally, also measure the screw to see if it is conductive.
The adapter itself is printed quickly - with a wave profile inside so that the battery fits in better.
Slightly shorter(!) than an original battery, so that you can easily remove the battery with your fingers later.
Print the adapter, screw in the screw, insert the AAA battery and tada → AA battery is ready :-)
If you're really hardcore, you can also insert the AAA battery with the AAA→ AA adapter into my AA → C adapter and you've made a C battery with an AAA battery.
Here's the AA→C adapter: https://makerworld.com/en/models/676781
Of course, AAA contains significantly less energy than AA or even C, so don't expect miracles.
But if you need AA or C quickly (Baby or Mignon), you can use AAA / Micro.
Note: Batteries contain energy. Accidents can occur if used improperly.
Use the adapter only under supervision.
I assume no liability for anything!
