Where does the round "PULLY" looking part attach? Should it be glued-on to the outside of the center-shaft? My wife has an EEW6 and I wanted to surprise her with this print, but I know nothing about this bobbin. . .

It glues on right there. I find it easiest to press the bearing in first, then put glue on it and press it into place.
