Great print! Not sure why the center of the eyes didn't print on mine.

Maybe your starting filament was wrong.
Please be sure the first layers are RED, not black or something else.
In my profile they are like that, but not sure how they appear for you, or maybe you changed them.
The object should be printed with red filament (main filament and starting filament). then the changes of the filament like in the profile.
