I wanted a simple, modern, streamlined little shelf I could scale to different sizes and mount all over the wall behind my desk. I wanted to be able to customize the color and look to create a feature. I was inspired in part by picture frame walls full of thrifted and found objects. Looks great in wood filament as well as plain ol' PLA.
Great for displaying mementos and smaller prints. Especially if you need to get them off the top of your desk and out of reach of your print-grabby cat. (Not the three-eyed one pictured. The live one that does a great impression of an actual monster.)
Designed to be mounted with removable mounting methods like Command Adhesive. I like the clear strips as the tabs virtually disappear and the shelf is nearly flush with the wall. Also works with the standard and moisture resistant ones as well as hook and loop. I ran out of the clear and used the hook and loop kind for a totally hidden mount on the 150% version.
Works great as fridge or metal cabinet magnet, too. Add a large, flat magnet to the wall side. Pictured in the last image with a round, 20 mm x 2 mm self-adhesive standard magnet at 75%. I'd recommend larger and rare earth (stronger) to hold anything that's not super lightweight.
I've uploaded a print profile for one shelf and six shelves. I've also made one for AMS users who may want to print two-color.
Tested at 75%, 100%, and 150%.
