Description

A pine tree designed to have a bricky look

weighs about 310 grams and takes 8 hours to print on a P1P. all parts fit on the A1 Mini but the longer sticks have to be rotated 45 degrees

print plates 1 and 2 (all 9 tree layers and the stand). then print plate 3 and choose the stick with optimum tolerance. then print plate 4 with the correct stick selected. the default one is 9.8 and should be the best option for most printers

edit: new files of the sticks has been uploaded. 9.5 and 9.4 version have been added, and all sticks have lead-in chamfers to decrease issues caused by bad PA/rounded corners

I had to add an additional plate to make room for all the leaf pieces, ended up using the 9.5 stick from the expanded stick build plate and it worked really well. Advice: drill a small hole in the bottom of the stand it will allow you to get the tight fitting stick into the base without too much vacuum resistance because of the air tight fit. :) Overall, great print and came out nice.

Built it full scale using an Ender 3 v3 KE, as I don’t own a Bambu yet. Filament is Sovol green Forrest rainbow. .2 layer height. I had to use the 9.4 rod and still had to shave it a tiny bit to get it to fit but I love it once assembled. Wife thinks it’s awesome. Thanks for the great model

This profile works great on X1C. Two minor issues: the first plate prints over the top of the flow calibration area; and the last plate where you have to select which size pole to make has part names that don't tell you which one is which size.

thanks for printing! this is my first print profile upload so I'll make sure to check better for the next one. also, which tolerance did you end up choosing?

The 9.8 worked perfectly. Oh, I also had to add a brim around the long stick. For some reason I just could not get the ends to stick to the bed, even with glue stick. But with the brim - perfect. The model is really great, thanks for posting! Made one for my parents and one for myself. So cool!

Idea: cover sides or top with studs, so it can be decorated with regular bricks as christmas tree :)
