Technical Print Settings for the Emoji & Letter Cube Keychain Set

For optimal results when printing the Emoji & Letter Cube Keychain Set, specific settings have been tailored to each component to ensure durability, aesthetics, and minimal print time.

Rods & End Caps:

• Orientation: The rods are pre-oriented for maximum stability and strength, minimizing the risk of breakage during use.

• Infill: Set to 0% with 5 perimeter walls, effectively creating a solid structure without the need for additional infill, optimizing strength while keeping print times efficient.

• Support: The support interface layer is specifically configured for PETG, which is highly recommended to achieve the best quality for the rod and end cap overhangs. The support parameters are fine-tuned to ensure clean removal and smooth part surfaces.

• Walls: 5 walls provide additional robustness and are strategically placed to maintain the overall integrity of the rod structure during both printing and everyday use.

Letters, Numbers, and Emoji Cubes:

• Ironing: For the cubes, the ironing feature is enabled on the topmost layer. This ensures a smooth and polished surface on the letters, numbers, and emoji, giving them a crisp and clean appearance.

• Color Customization: Each letter, number, and emoji can be printed in different colors for the symbol and the body separately, as provided by the 3MF file setup.
