This is what you could call a Fidget Toy Letter Spinner Game, it has 2 sides with identical letters of the Alphabet, for instance each person could have say 7 spin and stops(Slow down to a stop with a finger) and its the person who can make the longest word from those 7 letters who wins the game, if there's a tie then they spin again until you have a winner, something along those lines anyway, my wife and myself tried it and we were lost for words:)
There will probably be something out there already but it's my interpretation of it.
Initially I used Vetric Vcarve to produce an SVG you create a circle then add the text letters to the circle and use the geometry to space the letters out equally, then I imported the SVG into Fusion 360 and scaled it to the size I wanted and then extruded the text to suit.
I did this on both sides and then I split the body to produce one side to 3D print then cloned it in Bambu Studio to make the 2 sides I needed, the 2 sides are then aligned and pushed onto the bearing, no need for any glue, but it could be used if there was a gap.
The bearing size is 22mm diameter 7mm depth and the inner hole is 8mm diameter, bearings were purchased on Amazon UK.
The gripper is printed on it's sides(See Pic) with no support apart from a raft around the edges, which the software did on its own.
Another great little project to design and 3D Print on the BambuLab X1.
Thanks for looking.
