Two spools Holder

This is a two (2) filament spools holder. It can easily be extended for more than two (2) spools.

Instructions

Print:

• 2 x top-support.stl
• 2 x middle-support.stl
• 4 x Prusa i3 spool holder middle bar.stl

2 x 8 mm rod filament guides
To assemble it as shown on the pictures, you will need:

to print 2 universal spool bushing

• optionally 4 x 608ZZ bearing model (if you do not use real bearings)
• 4 x 608ZZ bearings or bushings
• 16 x 5/16" or 8 mm washers
• 16 x 5/16" or 8 mm nuts
• 2 x 16" (40 cm) 5/16" or 8 mm rods
• 2 x 10" (26 cm) 5/16" or 8 mm rods
• 2 x 6"1/4 (16 cm) 5/16" or 8 mm rods

Adapt the rod lengths if needed. The filament guides must be positioned perpendicularly to the natural filament direction. Otherwise, it might add some unwanted friction.

You will also need some vitamins to build the base of the holder.
