support shaft and ball:
2 walls, 2 bottoms, 2 tops. tree supports, inner brim , gyroid infill
4spikes, nubs, and pyramids:
1 walls, 2 bottoms, 1 top, lightning infill, enable normal support
Cones:
1 wall , 0 top, 0 bottom, outer brim for printing multiples (can be printed in vase mode individually)
