Description
PLEASE README: be aware that PLA basic and PLA silk are very brittle and the thin walls may cause breaks. I used glow in the dark PLA from Bambu and Overture and it's much more soft and had no issues with cracks. As an alternative you can heat the cover with an hair dryer and then fit the phone.
There it is a case cover for my phone, the iPhone 11 (not PRO) printed with Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (0,4 mm nozzle), with glowing in the dark PLA filament.
I printed the part with an high quality settings with 0,1 mm layer height (custom).
The 3d model is a complete piece but you need to do some work after the print. In order to be able to put the case on your phone you need to cut the thinner parts just like the green lines on the picture shows, and then smooth out the sharp edges with a file. It's also adviced to manually place the seam position like the blue dots in the pictures shows.
It's also adviced to file the back of the case around the whole edge in order to have a smoother case feeling when you pick that up.
Be aware that depending on the filament you will use you can see some sagging on the area you see highlighted in the picture.
Always remember to put on the case starting from the bottom of the phone and then clip the top in place.
