Cable Management For Gladiator GearWall - Flat Wide cables up to 14mm wide
I like my Gladiator GearWall. On day one after installing the GearWall, it was obvious cable management was needed. Five years after the install, I still couldn't find a cable management system for the GearWall. Now that I have a Bambu printer, I was able to design my own cable management. This little part made of 95a TPU is made to lock into a Gearwall slot. This just snaps into a Gearwall slot. Then slip your cable into this part.
The part listed here is the 14mm slot version. This part can hold your cable in the horizontal or vertical positions. For this part to snap into the wall properly, the material has to be a soft plastic. The profile I posted is for 95a TPU, with 30% infill. If you use a harder material or more infill, you may have trouble removing the part from your wall. TPU BECOMES HARD IN COLD TEMPERATURES. YOU CANNOT INSTALL OR REMOVE THIS PART IN COLD TEMPERATURES.
I also have a 7mm diameter version, and I have 10mm version. Look for them as separate items.
Understand this part is a prototype and has not been long term tested in all environmental conditions. If you make and install this part, you are the one testing it.
