Which filament did you use, because it looks like the individual strands aren't adhering to each other? I had a similar issue once, and simply increasing the temperature slightly resolved it

I remixed the model so that the insert was a part of the base. After printing, I realized I should have taken off the upper parts of the insert, because that area doesn't fit the tubes of oil and grease that Bambu supplied, so I did that, but am not planning on reprinting right now, because this is close enough.
