This is the Cerebus Muzzle for the Gatekeeper Shotgun from Fortnite!
This attachment slides onto the end of my Gatekeeper Shotgun Model.
It can stay on kind of loose but can also be glued for permanent placement.
Make sure your plate is clean and bed adhesion is dialed in. The small space between the barrels makes this a tighter first layer than I'd like but I kept it moving and it all worked out.
