20240309更新:上传AMSlite装饰盖板stl(原始模型文件

 

 

 

这是专门为A1MINI小面积打印的设计版本,可以让AMS lite改成竖直放置,更简单方便换料操作方式,更小的占地面积,合理的后置进料管线布局,具体的组装说明和更多细节,点击上面gif进入视频页面。

 

主要优化了:

1.AMSLite的耗材穿线原来在底面,现在改成了正面可视,不用再盲操作了;

2.减少了台面的占地面积,从原来长方形占地面积,变成了一个小方块;

3.后面的耗材换料不用再碍手碍脚了,现在都在正面直接换料;

 

另外侧面的螺丝来自AMSlite主体的对应孔洞螺丝,所以只需要放入底座前把螺丝拧下来,放上底座后再和底座一起拧上去就ok。

Mainly optimized:

1. AMSLite's consumable threading was originally on the bottom surface, but now it has been changed to be visible on the front side, so you don't have to operate blindly anymore;

2. Reduced the footprint of the countertop, from the original rectangular footprint, into a small square;

3. The back of the consumables change materials do not have to get in the way again, are now in the front directly change materials;

 

In addition the side of the screws from the AMSlite body of the corresponding holes screws, so only need to be put into the base before the screws down, put on the base and then screwed up with the base on the OK.

I've been using this model since it was released, about half a month now, and I just wanted to give some feedback. This model is truly excellent, both beautiful and practical (ps: If you are using a round airtight container for enclosure, please trim a few millimeters off the bottom U-shape and the sides, to ensure the axle rotates smoothly).

U-shaped components, start cutting from the edge curve, cut about 2.5mm, then grind down the screw hole after cutting to hide the screw, making it flush with the surface. This allows the nano-glue to adhere to the bottom of the storage box, allowing the spool axis to rotate smoothly.

Use the screws from the AMS lite corresponding to the empty spaces. The decorative panel of the original bracket is available for download in another model release.

looks nice, printed in about 10 hours total using the sport speed, made it 4 walls and 20% grid for strength

This design is so dam nice and design very well as it printed perfectly in Bambu Basic PETG and Hatchbox PETG. I would highly recommend this stand mount to anyone with the AMS Lite.

是的,我这边测试打petg确实可以打出底部的悬空斜度,所以干脆就没加 Yes, my side of the test hitting petg does hit the overhanging slope at the bottom, so I simply didn't add it.
