Introducing the second version of the popular Desk Extension! Designed for easy printing and modular versatility, this upgrade offers significant improvements over the original design. Perfect for those looking to expand their workspace with a secure, durable, and customizable desk extension.
Note that tables and mounts are available on separate profiles.

New Profile added for updated mounts & bolts
- Fixed mesh issues on bolts threads.
- Improved tolerances on bolts.
- Improved strength of mounts and bolts by increasing walls and added gyroid infill.
- Added a spacer for bolts to distribute load.
- Added additional sizes for bolts.
- Added additional mount options including vertical mounts, and longer mount points.
Key Features and Enhancements:
- Support-Free Printing: No need for supports during printing, making the process faster and more efficient.
- Modular Design: Each part of the desk extension is fully modular. Print your clamp mounts once, and easily swap out different table sizes as needed without reprinting the base clamps.
- Multiple Table Sizes: Choose from a variety of sizes, with each piece friction-fitting securely into place.
- Increased Strength: Redesigned to eliminate weaknesses caused by the previous print orientation. This version offers greater durability and strength.
- Easy Assembly: Bolt insertion is now simplified, addressing the challenges users faced in the earlier version.
- Future-Proofed: This is the start of a long term project so be sure to follow! New attachment options will be released over time, all compatible with the existing clamp foundation. This will include attachments such as controller holders, snack trays and many more!
- Easy Bambu Handy Printing: Multiple plates in profile to allow mixing of colours for different components.
- Two clamp sizes: There are two profiles available to assist in fitting the majority of applications - 50mm & 75mm. If you require a different size please reach out and I'll be happy to add more!
* Bambu A1 Mini is not currently supported for all table tops - only a small rounded table is currently available for this printer.
Table sizes available:
Full Size Squared - Utilizing the full A1/P1S/P1P/X1C bed at a size of 220mm x 220mm
Full Size Rounded - Utilizing the full A1/P1S/P1P/X1C bed at a size of 220mm x 215mm. This is available through the extended tables profile.
Half Size (Long) - Size of 220mm x 110mm / Half Size (Wide) - Size of 110mm x 220mm
Small Rounded Table - Available for all printers via profiles (Including A1 Mini)
(NEW) Updated Extended Tables Profile - New profile added with extended table options. These attachments extend back by 10mm to be flush to the attached surface.
