Update 14.03.2024
I Added a Version with 4 Layers for more stability and a support Layer if you have problems that the parts dont stay connected
Use my print profile, it printed perfect on my P1S.
Electronics:
I used a 12V LED light strip, a DC barrel connector, a 12 V power supply and some wires

Assembly:
- Print the Front and the Back part. There are no holes in the model, just add the holes via Bambu Studio. It depends on your light strip or if you want to use a barrel connector. U can also just use a drill.
- Measure the length of the light strip.
- Solder the wires and the barrel connector to the light strip (picture 1, 2 and 3)
- Mount everything into the front part
- Fore the back part I used normal aluminum foil with some double sided tape to reflect the light. See pictures
- Close the box

Leider sind die Layer nach dem slicen im Orca oder Bambu teilweise offen .

Jo das Problem kenne ich, das dürfte aber normalerweise nichts ausmachen. Ich habe aber noch keine Lösung dafür gefunden. Auch in diversen Gruppen konnte mir da bis dato niemand helfen. Das liegt daran wie Fusion einen Kreis erzeugt. Die Kreise sind nicht 100% rund. (So wie ich es verstehe wird ein kreis über viele Geraden erzeugt) Im Fusion selber ist der kreis natürlich rund aber wenn ich eine Step oder Stl erzeuge leider nicht mehr. Wenn du dann zwei Runde Objekte hast die sich berühren dann passiert das leider. Aber ich bin an dem Thema dran da mich das in anderen Projekten auf eine andere Art stört. Sorry das ich das nicht gescheit erklären kann.

ja ich denke schon , die letzte Lampe die ich gedruckt habe war eine Honda Lampe . Ich persönlich hätte das Emblem / Motiv dicker also stabiler gemacht

Dankeschön für das Design. Es wird ein Geburtstagsgeschenk und es ist sehr gut geworden.
Alles auf 95% Größe gedruckt da mein Druckbett vom Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro kleiner ist.
Ohne AMS gedruckt und mit Flüssigkleber geklebt.
Ziemliche Stümperei aber hat funktioniert.
der BambuLab A1 kommt bald dann sind die Zeiten mit kleben vorbei. 😂
