Update 9/21/2024: Added two print profiles for the A1 mini(With 8x3mm magnets and without magnets) with hinges that snap together. Each half of the book is printed on one plate.
Discover a bewitching twist on storage with this moon cycle-themed container designed to look like a mystical book! Featuring print-in-place hinges for smooth opening and closing, this unique storage box offers two versions: magnetic and non-magnetic. Perfect for storing small treasures, crystals, herbs, or keepsakes.
Storage compartment dimensions are approximately: 85mm x 134.75mm x 16.5mm
The magnetic versions require 12 - 8x3mm magnets.
Magnetic Version Instructions:
Simply add a small drop of superglue in each magnet hole before inserting each magnet, keeping the polarity of the magnets in mind.
A1 Mini Version Instructions:
Position the two halves of the book at a 90 degree angle.
Slowly work the hinges into each other until they snap together.
Disclaimer:
Since this is a pretty big print it is very important to use dry filament and to keep an eye on the first layer to prevent color bleed and make sure you are dialed in for good bed adhesion (bumping up the bed temp to 60 and cleaning the plate works for me).
