I am not sure if I can recommend, as the problem may be on my end. When I open this project in Bambu Studio and sync my AMS, everything that was orange originally turns to black. That is fine, however there is no object for me specifically choose the color of the pumpkin. In my example on the ghost 1, you get the objects of white and COMPOUND to choose your color. You can not adjust the color of the pumpkin (exampled by making the whole object orange.) If the creator is willing to help me, I would be more than willing to update this comment and rate it with the actual end product. But as it is currently, I can not customize this project to work for me, which is very disappointing :(

Hi, the solution to your problem is quite simple. Click on one model and choose a color at the top. Choose a color, a tool with a bucket icon and paint the parts you want with the color you want. It's simple. The model contains components so you can paint them really easily with a few clicks.
