Printed on a P1S via the Bambu Handy app on my phone, the supports went crazy and have been a headache to remove. I am planning on looking at the file on the computer later and reprinting just the screw without the supports with a slower print speed.

I was able to print the screw successfully by disabling supports and slowing down on the overhands. There's just a good amount of work to sand the screw as the OP mentioned.
