One of the gears is too thick, a sewing pin works well as an axel for this element. The internal core needs its edge chamfering in between the switch and gears. Lubrication needed before attaching switch and flat rotator. I can'nt get the cross responsive after trying sponge and foam sheet.

Am i suppose to add springs under the cross/X shaped piece? As they do not protrude when put together.
