Hi…
i want to show you my Lego Lightsaber model….
You can screw the laser on both sides so you have the darth maul lightsaber :)
The screw parts need 100% infill for stability, maybe less would do the trick also but had best stability with 100%.
The four bottom parts need to be glued. I took these part from another lightsaber, but i don't know the original link anymore…
I added two more saber parts (one shorter, one longer). Print what you like :)
Update 05.01.2024: I added the single laser parts in one 3mf file. So if you need to reprint one part it saves you filament :) You find the file in the raw-files-section.

Looks great but center of blade failed on PLA+, still useable. Lasted about a week before the kids broke the hilt. I probably shouldn’t have used silk pla.

yes, silk is not the best option. i use sunlu pla+ and its very tough. there are also tough pla options. but glad you like it 👌

This thing is AWESOME! I absolutely love it. Printed great without supports, and once I deburred the blade it slides in and out really smoothly!

would it be possible to split the laser cones into different parts or objects so we could print one replacement in case of vailure or it breaks? I tried in Bambu studio but could not split it.
