Description

Spacer that allows two spools to be dried in the Australian Kmart Anko dehydrator.

4 copies of the model will need to be printed, and they connect together.

Will require all existing trays, except one, be cut to fit the spools. The uncut tray will sit down the bottom as pictured. Spacer can be placed anywhere.

Best to print it in the highest heat tolerating material you have. Mine is petg, and I dehydrate other petg rolls at 65C with no issue.

Very well thought out. Thanks mate! You can also use the tray with top cap (pictured) underneath and you don't have to cut any trays. That means there's only space for one roll, but you can print another set of spacers and stack them to fit two rolls. Otherwise, cut them as instructed. Note, the stringing in the pictures on the internal walls was from my first foray into PETG. The stock Bambulab profile is too fast, possibly needs to be cut in half at least and pressure advance calibrated if you're having troubles. Printed in Bambulab PETG Grey.

@user_86345159 How did you make this model taller? also im guessing this model can be printed without supports.

Fits perfectly for my silvercrest dehydrator and can print one spacer on top of another to be able to fit more than 1 spool without cutting the trays
