After reviewing other comments and feedback, the best way to reduce snapping on these pins is to print them horizontally. This way, the layer lines run parallel to the length of the pin, massively improving strength against shear forces.&nbsp;I’ve also slightly embedded the pins into the build plate — you lose a tiny bit of the hex head, but it still works perfectly (see attached photo). It’s trimmed just enough so no supports are needed, keeping the print clean and as strong as a plastic pin can be!&nbsp;I’ve set the infill to 100% as well, just to be safe. Big thanks to the original designer for creating the model — saved me from having to track down extra hardware!

All credits to Tigrou who had the great idea to print at 30 degrees. However I had lots of problem printing it with the support specified in his profile. &nbsp;This profile uses more sturdy support and printed perfectly with Bambu PETG and PETG support. Support removed easily and required only some very slight filing to fit the radius blades perfectly.

After breaking two of these printed vertically in PETG, I tried to print them angled instead in order to improve robustness. It indeed worked very well for me, hope that it will be the same for you.

This are pins for use with “Pin for Radius/Fillet Gauge 1-20mm” from Creative Electronics instead of using screws.<a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/149224#profileId-162798" rel="nofollow noopener">https://makerworld.com/en/models/149224#profileId-162798</a>&nbsp;It is preferable to print in PETG because it is more flexible. PLA will do as well but may be too brittle.&nbsp;Now with improved design to increase strength.
