Festool sign light

first layer flow → 1.04 for a better result i reduced the speed

I designed this Festool lightbox for my shop

-The first model includes bores for the RGB wifi controller and remote controller (→pic)

-the second model is clean without bores.

I created 2 hang up holes at the back like so:

Would probably remove the brim if I print again. It prints green and makes a wonky edge. Not needed I don’t think. Great model. Thank you. Wish I knew where to get the light kit that fits the holes.

only thing the would be better is if the back clipped into the front instead of having to glue it

Umrandung war unnötigerweise eingeschalten, die noch dazu in grün gedruckt wird… Bei so viel Auflagefläche kann man diese getrost ausschalten…

Strength Issue

Other Issues:Not sure if I’ve printed with poor settings, but I found the printing around the letters of the sign so minimal that light comes through between the printed filament. given I’ve made many signs that are similar with no issues, I’m suspecting the issue might be with the file.

in the file there is no gab between the letters and the box, so you have to change your first layer settings. -> first layer : just one outerline first layerflow : 1.04 infill overlap to 30% after that no gabs between the letters and the box.
