If you put something like an M4 or M5 screw on the hinge and hit it with a hammer it might crack the bond. Or you could just brute force it with your hands.

By forcing my hand I broke the part, it will be necessary to add a little more tolerance and it will be a good design

I found if you take it off the printing bed right away after the print is finished and is still warm its easier to crack the bonds for the hinges. I had 2 successful when warm and 2 that broke when cold.

4 hangers stacked on top of each other. This profile does have a bit of stuff to deal with. You need an AMS in order to print the layer of support material (the clear stuff that Bambu includes with printers) in between each hanger so they can be peeled apart after printing. The removable support layer is critical otherwise the whole thing will just be fused together as one block. PETG may work instead of Bambu support material but I haven't tested it.&nbsp;If you are interested in printing a larger stack (up to 20) just message me.&nbsp;
