Description

*****This lightbox comes with a shorter base. I Found it only works with some power chords. I remixed it with a larger base to accommodate all types of power chords. You can find it here. https://makerworld.com/models/63527#profileId-66484

Five Nights at Freddy's LED Light Box.

This comes with a stand and also an option to hang on the wall.

This uses more than 4 colours. Check out the instructions on how to use more than 4 colours with 1 AMS that I added.

This lightbox prints extremely well. I was very impressed with how the fine details turned out. My only complaints are with the rear cover. It appears to be slightly smaller than the opening which makes it easy to put on but at the same time not snug enough to stay on by itself. Would likely need to increase the size by 1% or something to make a tighter fit. I also don't car for the sawtooth hanger on the rear. The teeth are too small to really be of any use. Overall its a great print / profile

thanks for the comments. there is a 0.25mm gap between the ridge on the backplate and the inside perimeter wall. when I first started to make lightboxes I use to make them with a press fit backplate. but I found that they had a tendency warp a bit depending on the shape. Adding a small gap is the best solution...this way a thin bead of glue will lock the backplate in place without warping. as for the teeth, you're right they are a bit small. they're perfect for nails but maybe not so much for a thumbtack. maybe I'll make them with a larger tooth option in the future.

couldnt you provide the colors it calls for in order or is there a easier way ? I pretty much run this without filament the first layer to see what filament is calls for . then stop print . then set up ams to switch colors manually . then run . Love your work !!!

Thanks for the compliment! I'm not sure I'm following what you mean though... Do you mean, for example if red is the first colour to be layed out, place that in AMS slot 1? And then follow that pattern? Because all you need to do is change the colours to match your AMS with my original setup by clicking these tabs in the "send print confirmation screen". Also this particular model I have it so different colours overlap so when it's lit it'll create a colour variation.
