3. Lubrication: Apply grease to the tube to reduce friction and facilitate smooth movement.
4. Tighten the Vice: Gradually tighten the vice until you feel a slight resistance against the tube.
5. Dent Removal: Rotate the frame back and forth within the vice, allowing the rollers to press against the dented area and gradually push it out.
