30mm Coil Spacer

This is a 30mm front coil spacer for an 80 series Toyota Land Cruiser. The model was measured from an IronMan LCF30 polyurethane spacer I had purchased. 

I still need to find time to install it, so can't yet vouch for how well it works, but I can't see why it wouldn't.

I do not know if it would fit other suspension coils as I have a IronMan coil springs on my HDJ81.

The green one pictured is the “OEM” Ironman unit, the yellow one pictured is a 15mm variant and is printed in a Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95. It does feel softer than the OEM. I'll upload that model separately.

It was printed at a 0.2 layer height (the “Strength” preset), with 6 walls, and a 25% infill.  I would use a higher (90%?) next time I think, I did 25 mostly just for an initial fast version. The bottom and top layers should probably be thicker as well since that is where all the force will be applied when installed.

No brim needed, no supports required.
