Knit Turtle flexi

Happy Saturday everyone! With today being my husband's birthday, I've decided to release this file for private use as a freebie!

Intriguingly, on the pink matte I used for the single color 6mm eye socket had some beading around the eyes which I sort of like for the knit texture look. My blue filament did not produce the same beading, so I am assuming my pink matte is more moist.

I was tempted to put the yarn on its back into a “yarn bowl”, maybe for the future sometime lol.

Print Settings:

Print in Place

No Supports needed

2-3 walls

5-10% infill

If you have adhesion issues, try a brim, glue stick or Aquanet hairspray

Knit turtle was successfully tested out at 60% but YMMV based on printer and filament variables.

Filaments:

Knit turtle (78% 4 color): Bambu matte purple, Elegoo white and black, Overture green pla

Knit turtles single color: Bambu matte pink, Elegoo matte blue, Sunlu transparent

There are two versions of this file - one with 6mm eye sockets and one without. Make sure you print the correct file you want. The eye socket version is for glueing in 6mm doll eyes that are easy to find on amazon. For more information (and a link) read about them HERE
