Description

For many design solutions or modifications, drag cable chains are necessary for proper cable routing and guidance.

I have found easier to print the complete chains in one piece. The chain elements are modified to be printed without supports when connected one to the other.

If interested please print first the 10 chain links “package” for the size you need to make sure everything is fine.

Post print simply lift slightly with a blade the flanges both sides for each element and the chain becomes (eventually) loose.

End brackets both sides are provided for each type too.

I am sorry to see such result - I have a long fight with these designs being trashed by the Bambu Software. Two questions: Did you change any parameter from the last print profile - I ask because I thought I managed to solve it... The picture is not very clear, but seems to be a clogged nozzle! I mean the machine is printing but with low, thin material deposition. Was for sure no such problem?

I ended this time printed at 50% instead of 100% speed. I will be updating my rating if I can as it printed correctly! As for the nozzle, it isn't clogged to my knowledge. Do you have 90 degree adapters for this?

prints just fine on my x1c in pla. good job. I do think some 90 degree mounting brackets would be useful.

Great! I am a bit surprised - but is possible with the right settings! I failed in 20 attempts to print these, finally I have got help on forum and the models and print profiles will be ready in a few days.

Yes, strangely this is what happens when the models are sliced with Bambu Studio and printed on a BL machine! This is why a put a WARNING too in the text description.
