printed great but I am having issues with the screws and bolts as they are not fully twisting, they are getting stuck and forcing a strip

Mmh, it's strange
Mine worked very well and nobody else have reported this issue..
Are you sure that your printed and your filament are calibrated?
Maybe you can add some supports to improve the screw finish
