I don’t see why it’s oriented with overhangs when if you flipped it 180 Degs it would require no support.

What material did you print this in? ABS? Nylon?

PLA-CF with 5 minute epoxy in the joints. The triangle infill and high infill percentage is where most of its strength comes from in the one pictured. changing materials would allow you to play with infill type and percentage
