Go Game 9x9 (AMS)

Fully 3D-printable.

Meticuluously designed for the smoothest experience. This 9x9 game of Go is ready to play just by opening the box. It's compact, incredibly easy to setup and tear down, and easy to use.

Details

• The name of the game is printed on the four sides in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
• It's 100% printable; however, you should be able to use standard-size stones.
• The printed stones are designed for maximum printability and playability.
  • They're mirrored across their center XY plane so there is no ‘right side up’.
  • Their edges slope at 45 degrees so they print easily without supports.
  • They are easy to pick up and place with just two fingers similar to traditional stones.

Materials

I used Bambu PLA for all parts. If you use PLA, be careful not to leave in a hot car as it can warp.

• Board: Matte PLA Latte Brown
• Grid Lines/Letters/Treys: Basic PLA Brown
• Black Stones: Basic PLA Black
• White Stones: Basic PLA Jade White

• Board/Box: 9.25in x 9.25in x 2in (234.95mm x 234.95mm x 50.8mm)
• Grid spacing: 24mm (both directions)
• Stones (infill 50% for weight)
  • Black: 21.3mm diameter x 8.3mm height
  • White: 21.0mm diameter x 8.0mm height
