Spare parts for BBraun perfusor space syringe pump:

Right hinge of the BBraun Perfusor space syringe pump front door. A piece of filament is suitable as an axis. To unscrew the old hinge, you need to pick out (most likely destroying) two bolt plugs. They are made of thin plastic, cut with a knife, remove the remainder with tweezers or a small flat-head screwdriver. After assembly, the bolt holes can be closed with plugs located on the same build plate.

Syringe holder hook (part no. 39173224).

To replace the hook you need:

1. Turn on the syringe pump and wait until it moves the syringe pusher to its extreme position (photo labeled 1).
2. Turn off the pump
3. Pull towards you and turn to lock the syringe holder (photo 2)
4. Remove the two bolt plugs from the back of the syringe holder (photo 3)
5. Remove two screws. (photo 4) For this you need a T9 TORX key.
6. Screw on the new holder hook.
7. After assembly, close the bolt holes with plugs. If the original ones are damaged, print new ones (photo 5) located on the same build plate

I have printed it from PLA and PETG. PETG should be stronger due to good interlayer adhesion. However, PLA is also good.

BBraun perfusor space drive head protection cap (part no. 34520911). The only plus of this model is that you can add any text to the side surface in the slicer (there is one added in the project, don't forget to remove). For example, the name of the hospital, department or ambulance team number. You can also print it in any color. For printing, use TPU or any similar soft plastic. The model consists of two bodies - the shell and the internal filling. In a slicer, you can remove the perimeters and the top/bottom surfaces for the internal body, leaving only the infill. Then it will be printed easier and it will turn out softer. It is enough to set the infill to 10%.

Крюк держателя шприца шприцевого насоса BBraun perfusor space (part № 39173224).

Для замены крюка надо:

1. Включите шприцевой насос и подождите, пока он отодвинет толкатель шприца в крайнее положение (фото с надписью 1).
2. Выключите насос
3. Оттяните на себя и поворотом зафиксируйте держатель шприца (фото 2)
4. Выньте две заглушки болтов с обратной стороны держателя шприца (фото 3)
5. Выкрутите два винта. (фото 4) Для этого нужен ключ TORX т9.
6. Прикрутите новый крюк держателя.
7. После сборки отверстия болтов закройте заглушками. Если оригинальные испорчены, распечатайте новые с той же печатной пластины проекта(фото 5)
8. Пользуйтесь

Я печатал из PLA и из PETG. PETG должен быть прочнее за счёт хорошей межслойной адгезии. Однако PLA тоже неплох.

Защитная крышка толкателя шприца для шприцевого насоса BBraun perfusor space (Ord. no. 34520911). Единственный плюс этой модели - можно в слайсере добавить любой текст на боковую поверхность (в проекте уже добавлен, не забудьте удалить). Например, название больницы, отделения или номер бригады СМП. Ещё можно напечатать в любом цвете.

Печатать надо из TPU или любого аналогичного мягкого пластика (хотя тестовые образцы из PLA надевались, но очень туго).

Модель состоит из двух тел - оболочки и внутреннего заполнения. В слайсере можно для внутреннего заполнения убрать периметры и крышку/дно, оставив только само заполнение. Тогда напечатается проще и будет мягче. Заполнение достаточно поставить равным 10%.
